Having worked with Recall Consultants since 2007 we have used their service to provide a quantity of our outsourced recruitment needs across our Buying, Sales & Marketing Divisions.
Recall have provided a complete consultancy solution for 6 positions across the UK for general roles which involved placing and advert in the “Grocer” magazine, receiving all applications and interviewing and short-listing the required (suitable) candidates to attend assessment centres across the UK. Recall also provided on-site assistance during the assessment of candidates at our assessment events.
They managed the offer process for all candidates and provided feedback on those who were unsuccessful. All 6 positions were successfully filled.
The results of the retained process was that we assessed the best quality candidates for the position as well as minimising the work load of Entertainment UK’s HR Department.
